Is the e-paper the same as the newspaper website?

No. The website is updated all day and is laid out for screens. The e-paper is a fixed replica of that morning’s printed pages and does not change during the day.

Can I read yesterday’s e-paper?

Most Bangladeshi publishers keep an archive going back at least a few weeks, reachable from a date picker on their e-paper site. Archive depth varies by title.
